What information would I need to provide when placing an order on the Alumex Store?
Our online ordering system on the Alumex online store will request all the important information that is needed to be submitted by you. However, if you have a VAT number, please remember to submit it. This will ensure that shipments will not be delayed due to the absence of a VAT number.
What should I do if the payment is unsuccessful?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still unsuccessful, please check your bank account balance. If everything is as it should be, but you still can’t settle the payment please notify us via +94 0742177604 about the problem. We will help process the order manually.
Can I track my Alumex Store order?
We will share the tracking code of the shipment once the parcel has been dispatched.
Can I change the shipping address?
You can easily change the shipping address through your account itself. Simply log in to your account and click “My Account ➡ Shipping Address ➡ Edit”. You can also change the shipping address at checkout. Just click “Edit” below the field “Shipping Address”
